First of all, apologies from me for not having had a newsletter ready for the last Henlow meet, circumstances beyond my control and all that.
Anyway, onwards and upwards eh?
So another busy month for many including myself having been incapacited for a few days what with the damage to me lovely lammy.
Peanut
Duck
Well, Peanut Duck at Milton Keynes was a good 'un with good stalls and
a good custom show. Mind you, if it hadn't been for the Pilgrims I think
there could have been some more space in the hall. Our own Mr Shirley
filled half a section with a gorgeous collection of Cento's and Vega's,
Russell entered his custom scooter and Wendy entered her pink series one.
Everyone won prizes, with Mark Shirley winning 3 or 4! So congratulations
to all!!!!

There are plans to have some new club shirts this year with the logo
on the front and the words The Pilgrims SC or similar across the back

Club Do
Well the night in Bedford was a bit of a rain off with only 7 or 8 scooters
able to turn up but it was good crack nonetheless, we shall have to
do better next year eh?
The LCGB/ Camlam Surgery was a great success with several pilgrims in attendance and making new friends and robbing poor Peter of refreshments, looking forward to another next year, both at Cambridge and at Bedlam!
