Usually it's because you have

a) Forgotton your password.
b) Forgotton your username.
c) Entered one of the above incorrectly.

When it comes to entering any of the above ensure you have done so EXACTLY as if you replace an O for an 0 or o or l for I it will say it's wrong.

The procedure for finding your password or username is the same and there is a button in the menu for doing exactly this rather than emailing me and waiting 8 hours for me to get home from work to do it. There's been about 4 or 5  of these in the last few days in particular and while I don't mind, it leaves you hanging on for hours if not days depending on how often I check my email which is annoying for you especially when I point out that you don't need to even contact me to get it.

All you have to do is click on the button in the menu that says "Forgot Password?"



When you click on it you will get a box that asks for either you email or username



Always easier to put in your email to be honest, and make sure it's the one you have used to register on the forum!

When you get the email there will be a link to reset your password, click on it and follow the instructions. Easy Peasy.
