Ride
An excellent turnout to the January Rideout considing it was the first of the year!! 11 scooters and some family members in cars all spending a pleasant afternoon at The Horseshoes in Blunham.
February's rideout is this Sunday 11th and will be to St. Neots market square which has a coffee shop and pub on it and will hopefully drag out some of the slumbering St. Neot's lot. We're expecting scooterists from Northampton, NHS Collective, us lot, Luton, Rushden and even the IANIACSC (I Am Not In A Club SC), isn't that right Ben? 
The Pilgrims Pre Season Do
Less than a month away now and tickets are starting to look thin on the ground!! Now that Big(ish) Rob is back from galavanting about the US of bleeding A, he'll be like Del & Rodney selling tickets and CDs out of the back of his bag!!
Club Shop
Yes it's true, we now have a club shop courtesy of RR Graphics and if you are reading the online version of this newsletter simply click on this link http://www.thepilgrimssc.co.uk/clubshop.html to be taken to the site. There is a variety of Pilgrims regalia including t-shirts, banners, key fobs, stickers, screenprint patches, etc. In fact almost everything you'd see at a parts fair!! Except coasters, I draw the line at coasters 
The beauty of RR Graphics helping us out is that you can order direct rather than me or someone else having to build up an order, chase people for money, then people waiting about, no middle men. Just remember there is postage on top of the prices, except for t-shirts where P&P is free.

Pilgrims League Table 2007
We're a second month into the "championship" and Pete and Chalky are in the lead. Don't forget that each Henlow meet is also now worth points, you get one point if you attend, whether by car or not, even if you are a passenger. If you arrive by scooter you get two points. However, Banners do NOT attract points for the monthly meet but do for all other events on the list.

....are always welcome, so let Donegal know what you would like the club to be doing this year, whether its a run, something new or whatever. It's up to you to make suggestions, then we can keep growing as a club.
Keeping
in Touch

can keep in touch with what's happening and even make suggestions on
where to go and what to do. Failing that, you can just talk a load of bollox.
Next Meet
The 2nd Thursday each month - The Five Bells, Henlow
The Queen's Head Meet on Thursdays
There is an ongoing meet where several members from the North end of Bedfordshire are meeting every second Thursday in Milton Ernest. In the same way that Henlow's a hell of a way for them, particularly this time of year, it's the same for many from the south of Henlow. However, in the summer months especially, either would be a great ride. So, to help promote yet more scootering and enhance the Pilgrims membership we are thinking of making this a regular meet. I just need to discuss it with the boss!! More details coming soon.
