Ride
Considering only three days beforehand the country was at a standstill from the worst snow from years, the rideout to St.Neots on the Sunday saw fantastic sunshine and a great turnout of scooters and scooterists.
Approximately 20 leaving the Piazza, arriving to meet up with scooterists from St. Neots, Cambridge, and St. Ives, what a turnout!
The next monthly rideout is this Sunday March 11th to Turvey where we will meet scooterists from the Northampton Vespa Lambretta Scooter Club and then carry on to Olney for some refreshments. We will be leaving the Piazza at 11.30 sharp to be at Turvey for 12. Ive put a word in with the weathermen and they assure me itll be better than the Wicksteed Parts Fair day!!
Speaking of which....
The Wicksteed Parts Fair was reportedly well attended and 10 or 11 scooterists left from the Piazza for the ride. I have to confess I was a little the worse for wear from the previous nights shenanigans. 
Well done to those that braved the elements and the muddy outside field full of stalls.
The Pilgrims Pre Season Do
What a night! Great to see so many people including many from North Herts and a special mentions to Dread, Goldie and Clare from The Minorities. I know it seemed a little quieter than previous years, but I suspect that was due to ssoooo many squeezing into the bar and smoking areas. Congratulations to the winners of the many prizes including and MP3 player, vouchers for RR Graphics, Sandy Scooters and Bedlams.
We managed to easily cover our costs and raised £200 for Keech Cottage Hospice for children. So well done to all!!
Peterborough Lambretta Vespa Scooter Club Rally Announcement
Hello all, unfortunately due to circumstances out of our control we have had to cancel our 10th anniversary rally on May 18th and 19th 2007.We are sorry for any inconvenience and regret having to do this but it could not be helped.
Please tell everyone possible about this cancellation and take down any rally posters you may have put on your webistes or at your meeting place.Our Easter Egg run on 31st March has not changed so hopefully see you all there.Once again sorry.

Speaking of Easter Egg Runs
There are two different and local Easter Egg runs locally this year. There is the usual PLVSC one which is Saturday 31st March but there is also one being organised by the Tin Soldiers of Milton Keynes on Saturday 23rd March. This I believe will be their first one so if you can get along please do. See the website for details.
Farther afield.
Yes that's right, on Sunday April 15th the monthly rideout is going a little farther, to Coventry in fact!! Yes the ride is to the VMSC show at Coventry. So if you're up for it and want the points, we'll be leaving the Piazza at 9.30am on the day!
Cannonball Run
The Northampton Vespa and Lambretta Scooter Club are doing a Cannonball Run around the Northants area Saturday 21st April ending with an evening do and camping available at
Roade Exservicemens club, Roade. Anyone interested? I am!
