NO PIAZZA MEET SUNDAY 11th NOVEMBER
Yes that's correct, no meeting on the Piazza next Sunday, as the British Legion have asked if they can have it free as it's Remembrance Sunday. I think that it's the least we can do to help show our respect for those that have died for their country. So, new plan.
Sandy Scooters are happy to hold the meet and open early on the Sunday for the club, there will be free Tea & Coffee, and Mrs Donegal will be on hand to make hot toasties at a quid each for those that want them.
PS, the NVLSC are gonna come over to meet up with us too!!

Rides
October's ride was the run to Wicksteed Parts Fair early in the month with a good attendance leaving from the square and a great ride all the way in great weather given the time of year. It certainly seemed to be one of the better ones at Wicksteed for many years with a better layout and it didn't feel so cramped probably due to that. Even the bar queue was reasonable!!
November's ride out will be to Wellingborough to the open day of a company that basically
specialises in floors / mats for campers including VW's. The day is on the 25th November (Sunday) starting about 11am and they've advertised it on several of the VW forums too and feel it'd make it a great day to invite some of the scooters along too.
So for those that like that crossover into the V - Dub scene, or if you just fancy the ride and want free Tea and Coffee, as well as Hotdogs a plenty then it'll be a good day. PS, not sure if the Hotdogs are free.
Plan will be kick off from the Piazza at 10.15 sharp, so if you're up for it, turn up.
The Pilgrims SC Christmas Do
Yes it's that time of year yet again!! This year we've gone back to the tried and tested Christmas Do rather than Pre-season.
The date is Saturday 1st December from 8pm at Stewartby Social Club which is at MK43 9NB so just pop that in your satnav or look it up on multimap, or even ask someone how to get there.
Peanut Duck Parts Fair & Custom Show
Yep, for those that can manage it, the day after the night before is the PD parts fair in it's usual place at the Woughton Centre in Milton Keynes. If you can manage it, then kick off will be at the Piazza, Bedford at 9.30am to ride to MK. PS - Double Pointer!!
