Monthly Ride
Novembers ride was a short one to St Neots so that we could leave the Piazza free for Rememberance Sunday. Hence it was decided that we'd meet up elsewhere in Bedford and then go over to the Hooters, as it was, they came over and met us to ride back and it was a great old day out. Well, other than some blonde (why are they always blonde?) bint (why are they always women?) driver that tried to use a couple of scooters as hood ornaments! Silly ***t.

Then the following week we had another rideout to the Pub in the middle of Baldock which had a great turnout from far and wide! We had a great day with great weather, the only 2 downsides were
1. SBS had a breakdown, but it fired into life again and got him there and back, and
2.Shane from the Tinnies got knocked off his scooter on the way home, and yes you guessed it, by a woman! Honestly, get them out of the cars and back in front of the sink! Seriously, what was she doing out of the kitchen on a Sunday afternoon when she should have been at home cooking the roast!!??

Decembers ride was to the Peanut Duck Parts Fair & Custom Show at Milton Keynes, a well established event run by Claire Lowther for scooterists. Numbers were certainly up on the December one last year which was heartening. Not only that but there were several new scooters in the Custom Show to look at too, including our very own Dodge with his Spanish Series 2 Li150 which won Best Restoration! So a big congratulations to him on that!!

The next run is Sunday the 20th December from the Piazza at midday, normal meet from 11am but leaving at midday all fuelled up to go to the Crown in Flitwick where they are laying on some free snacks too!

Inter-County Ride Outs
Obviously there hasn't been one since October when Uggy, Gaz, Dodge and The Flash attended, and at the moment there is no definite one set for the coming year but it's a definite that we will be doing them again as they were very successful in their aim to mingle with other clubs so watch this space and the respective clubs websites.
